"TUG OF WAR" HITS TOP 10 ON iTUNES

Carly Rae Jepsen's WineCellar produced debut album, Tug Of War, hit #10 on the iTunes Pop Album sales chart. The album came out on Fontana / Maple and is available for sale nationwide.

CARLY RAE "TUG OF WAR" RELEASED TO NATIONAL RADIO
(September 2008)

The 2nd single from Carly Rae Jepsens WineCellar produced album, "Tug Of War", was released to national radio in Canada this week. It was immediately picked up by a number of big stations, including Hot 899 in Ottawa and Virgin Radio 999 (old Mix 999) in Toronto. The album is available for purchase September 30th, 2008. WINECELLAR PRODUCED "SUNSHINE ON MY SHOULDERS" TOP 15 CANADIAN HIT
(August 2008)

The first single from Carly Rae Jepsen's WineCellar produced album, "Sunshine On My Shoulders" has just hit Top 15 on AC radio in Canada. The single was released last month and has been gaining momentum ever since. Check the song out at Carly's myspace here.

JULIE NEUMARK SIGNED TO HYENA RECORDS

WineCellar produced artist Julie Neumark has just signed to Hyena Records in Europe. Her album Dimestor Halo, produced by Ryan Stewart, will be released in the Europe later this year. Check out her myspace here.

CARLY RAE JEPSEN DEBUT ALBUM COMPLETED
(July 28 2008)

Ryan and Carly have completed Carly's debut record, due September 30, 2008. The first single, a cover of John Denvers "Sunshine On My Shoulders", is doing great so far at Canadian radio. It has been added by multiple stations, including Q92 Montreal, Magic 100 Ottawa, EZ Rock London, CHSC St. Catharines, EZ Rock St. Catharines, Sirius Iceberg 85, Star 98.3 Chilliwack, and is gaining momentum at stations across Canada. CARLY RAE JEPSEN (CANADIAN IDOL) - Sunshine On My Shoulders

Ryan has been working (producing and co-writing) with Carly for a few months now on her debut record, due out August 2008. Carly made it to the #3 spot on last years Canadian Idol. She's a huge talent, both as a singer and a songwriter. Her first single, an cover of John Denver's "Sunshine On My Shoulders" has been released to radio nationwide today. DNA6 FOLK FEST AND VIDEO RELEASE SHOWS AND REVIEW
(July 2008)

Ryan played with DNA6 at the Vancouver Folk Festival on July 19th, as well as at the bands Video Release show at the Red Room on July 24th. The band got a great review at CityInTune.com...Check the review out here, and check out DNA6 here.

WINECELLAR SONG PLACED IN "ROBSON ARMS"

The song "Give It Up", co-produced and co-written by Ryan Stewart of WineCellar and John Dexter of Dexter Entertainment, will be placed in an upcoming episode of Robson Arms. Keep posted for airtimes.

MYC SHARRATT WINS "BEST MALE VOCALIST" ON WINECELLAR PRODUCED ALBUM

Myc Sharratt has won "Best Male Vocalist" at the Vancouver Island Music Awards this past week for his work on his WineCellar produced album, Blueprint. Myc was also nominated for 4 other awards (see below) at the ceremony. Congratulations Myc...Check him out at www.myspace.com/mycsharratt.

KETSIA TOP DOWNLOADED ALBUM: PURETRACKS

Montreal Singer / Songwriter Ketsia has the top downloaded album on Puretracks for the last 2 weeks (April 17 - May 1 2007) with the release of Ketsia: The Queen of Montreal, co-written / produced / recorded / and mixed by Ryan Stewart at the WineCellar. NEW VINTAGE GEAR: 1972 Fender Super Reverb Amp

We've recently acquired a vintage Fender Super Reverb. Dating to approximatley 1972, this amp sounds absolutely stunning. HANNAH PARKES LANDS MAJOR ROLE ON UK REALITY SHOW
(February 2007)

With the help of her WineCellar produced EP, singer / songwriter Hannah Parkes has just landed a major role in a new reality series in the UK. She is one of 10 musicians featured in the new, as yet unnamed, television show. She will be filmed 24/7 for 9 weeks and be featured in 18 episodes. We have recently added a classic Hammond B3 organ and Leslie 122 cabinet to our arsenal of vintage instruments and gear. We are super excited to be able to provide this legendary sound to all of our clients and artists.

JULIE NEUMARK NEW ALBUM STARTED
(December 6th 2006)

Production on the upcoming release by Los Angeles artist Julie Neumark started today. Ryan is excited to be recording, producing, and drumming on the album with Julie and her band, including multi-instrumentalist Luis Oliart, on the record. Planned release date is late Winter 2007. ROSS DOUGLAS RECORD RELEASE

Ryan Stewart has just completed co-producing, mixing, and recording "The Art of You and I", the new release from singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Ross Douglas. QUEBECOIS ARTIST KETSIA COMPLETES WINECELLAR PRODUCED E.P.
(September, 2006)

Quebecois artist Ketsia has just completed her 3 song EP produced and mixed by Ryan Stewart at the WineCellar. Blending soul and R&B with catchy pop sensabilities, and singing in both English and French, Ketsia is quickly grabbing the attention of the canadian music scene. The songs were co-written by Ketsia, Erik Gutmanis, Russel Klein (K-OS), and Ryan Stewart. Check out some samples here.

MYC SHARRATT / EVEN IN SHADE CD RELEASE
(September 2006)

Congratulations to another successful show for Myc Sharratt. Playing to another packed house at the Queens in Nanaimo, Sharratt was promoting his recently released, WineCellar produced album, Blueprint. Sales of Blueprint have been moving along quickly. Consisting of Grant Richardson and Corey Pohl, Even In Shade recently recorded their debut EP, Live-Acoustic, at the WineCellar with Ryan. WINECELLAR SIGNS WITH DEXTER ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

WineCellar has just signed a management contract with Dexter Entertainment Group. DEG will provide management services, and actively find clients for WineCellar. THE WINECELLAR GETS A MAKEOVER

We have recently upgraded The WineCellar. We now run Logic 7.2 on a Mac G5 dual 2.0 processor, with RME converters. We've also recently acquired an AKG 414 condensor mic, an Avalon 737 Tube preamp/compressor, a Fender Princeton Reverb II guitar amplifier, a PreSonus Digimax 8 channel micpre / AD converter, a Tascam US-2400 24 channel mixer/controller, and a nice coffee table. Combine all that with some of our previous gear consisting of a Drawmer 1960 stereo mic pre / compressor, Rode NT4 microphones, and some amazing sounding instruments (73 key rhodes, tele and strat, 76 Fender precision, 67 ludwig drums, 2001 Ayotte drums). Myc Sharratt has just completed recording his 2nd record, Blueprint. Produced, recorded, and mixed by Ryan Stewart at The WineCellar, the album is a blend of great songwriting, an original and captivating voice, and some pretty sweet guitar playing. ADAM WOODALL CD RELEASE PARTY A HIT
(March 16th 2006 - Buffalo Club)

Congratulations to the Adam Woodall Band for a great CD release party at the Buffalo Club last Thursday. The place was packed, the crowd was loving it, and they sold over 130 CD's that night alone. BENJAMIN KEITH CD RELEASE
(April 22nd 2006 - Media Club)

Singer / Songwriter extraordinaire Benjamin Keith recorded his debut album, If A Moment Could Speak, at the WineCellar in 10 days in early January of this year. Recorded, mixed, and mastered at The WineCellar by Ryan Stewart, the album is a blend of great songs sitting somewhere between Ryan Adams and Matthew Good. JOHN DEXTER SONG "THIS TIME" PICKED UP BY SONY/BMG
(January 2006)

In early 2005, WineCellarMusic produced the song "This Time" for Dexter Entertainment. To date, John Dexter and Dexter Entertainment's songs and projects have sold over 30 million copies worldwide. Last year alone was a very successful year for Dexter Entertainment with chart topping hits in The Netherlands, Greece, Spain, Italy and Asia. WineCellarMusic Productions is proud and excited to be working with Dexter. Here is an email we received from John Dexter soon after we delivered the track.

"OCEANSIDE CHEVROLET" JINGLE HITS THE RADIOWAVES

WineCellarMusic has just produced the commercial jingle for Oceanside Chevrolet. Written by Andrew Babuin (Nettwerk recording artist), the jingle has been purchased by the car dealership, and is already getting heavy rotation on 3 stations on Vancouver Island.

MYC SHARRATT DEBUT "INCOMPLETE" A SUCCESS
(February 2005)

Myc Sharratt has sold enough copies of his WineCellar produced debut, "Incomplete", to recover his recording and manufacturing costs. His album is now profitable, and Myc says he is excited to have had such a successful independent release. Determined to do things his own way, without major label help, Myc is now working on songs for his sophomore album, again to be produced by Ryan Stewart and WineCellarMusic. BOBS & LOLO PLAY 17 DAYS STRAIGHT / SELLOUT CD's

WineCellarMusic clients Bobs and Lolo play a run of 17 days straight at the Aquarium. Bobs and Lolo have moved into their second production run of CD's, as their debut album "The C-Notes" has sold out multiple times at the Aquarium Store, Kids Books, and the BC Ferries gift shop.
